The Public Health Prevention Conference is a newly established conference, convened by the Public Health Association of Australia (PHAA). In 2018, the Public Health Prevention Conference will focus on prevention and protection, consistent with the World Federation of Public Health Associations’ (WFPHA)’s Global Charter for the Public’s Health.

The themes of the Conference include the latest updates on precision medicine and medical nutrition therapy, women’s health through the lifecycle, the role of the microbiome in chronic disease and the latest in public health nutrition and food service. In Thinking Big, the Dietitians Association of Australia, challenge you to move outside your comfort zone and think about the big issues facing nutrition and dietetics and develop different approaches to tackle them.

Join ANA in Whangarei for a one-day networking and professional development event for people whose work relates to public health nutrition and physical activity. This is one of four regional forums ANA hosts every two years.
